I'm not a former problem drinker who quit and now wants everyone else to quit too. I'm a former winemaker.
I spent years working in wineries across Australia, the US, and France, surrounded by people who loved to drink as much as I did — and I loved that life. I also spent years waking up with the kind of shame that comes from one too many nights of not knowing when to stop.
