I'm a certified health coach and food scientist who founded the Naturally Healthy Club in 2020. I've coached hundreds of food lovers to find peace around food and weight AND surprise themselves that they actually have power over the number on the scale — without restriction, without giving up the things they love.

As a food scientist, I understand the principles of nutrition — especially when it comes to weight loss — in a way that goes beyond the surface-level advice you find online.

I've been where you are

For years I struggled with binge eating. I loved food deeply — it was literally my career — but underneath that was a constant fear of gaining weight and a painful cycle of restriction and overeating. What eventually changed everything wasn't more discipline or a better meal plan. It was learning a gentler, more self-compassionate way of relating to food. I stopped fighting myself and started listening to my body instead. That's the foundation of everything I teach.

Real-life experience with eating restrictions

I have diabetes myself, so I know exactly how to navigate eating restrictions without feeling like you're missing out on life. My husband manages IBS with an ever-changing low FODMAP protocol. I cook for two fussy small boys. I used to cook for my Dad — gluten and dairy free. I know how to make this work for real life, whatever your situation.

As a former wine maker drinking too much was a way of life. These days however I only drink a few glasses of wine a week - because that's all I want. It still amazes me that I've changed my relationship with alcohol so dramatically. And I'd love to help you do the same.
