We get 45 minutes together on Zoom — just us. First, we get crystal clear on your ideal outcome and your current reality. Then I map out a simple, doable path to get you there — the exact tiny habits to add, what to let go of, what to eat, and how to work through any mindset blocks that have been quietly keeping you stuck.

I've been where you are
For years I struggled with binge eating. I loved food deeply — it was literally my career — but underneath that was a constant fear of gaining weight and a painful cycle of restriction and overeating. What eventually changed everything wasn't more discipline or a better meal plan. It was learning a gentler, more self-compassionate way of relating to food. I stopped fighting myself and started listening to my body instead. That's the foundation of everything I teach.
Real-life experience with restrictive eating
I have diabetes myself, so I understand first-hand what it means to navigate eating restrictions without feeling like you're missing out on life. My husband manages IBS with an ever-changing low FODMAP protocol. I cook for two fussy small boys. I used to cook for my Dad — gluten and dairy free. I know how to make this work for real life, whatever your situation.
