I’m Jules Clancy (BSc Hons Class 1), a food scientist turned certified cooking coach.

Basic is perfect. Because we're focusing on Minimal Prep you don’t even need a kitchen!
If you have a cook top (or hot plate) and an oven (or toaster oven or air fryer) you’ll have more options but these aren't essential.
Q. I don’t live in Australia, will I be able to join?
Joyful Cooking is open to anyone from anywhere in the world including Ireland, UK, Thailand, Poland, the Bahamas, North America and Australia. All you need is an internet connection.

Q. How long will it take?

Q. What time are the live calls?
I run the weekly cook-a-long Zoom calls at different times each week so most people will be able to attend at least one session live each month. Replays available.
The core lessons are 10-15 minute videos you can watch any time. Most people become Joyful Cooks without attending any live sessions.
